Event Description

Well folks, I figured out the plans for my 3rd Annual Illinois Corgi Picnic! Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 20th, from 11am to 6pm?? at my residence again (13595 McCarthy Road, Lemont IL 60439). I asked Peggy to post the actual flyer on this website for me, but the basic information is this:
1) Bring a side dish for our potluck lunch (there will be hot dogs and sloppy joes provided)
2) Bring a lawn chair for yourself, and your own beverages
3) If you have an EZ set-up canopy, it would be very much appreciated
4) There will be a penned area for our furkids to play in, with lots of toys and tunnels to run through!!
5) There will be all sorts of awards, such as long distance, longest tail, lowest to the ground, best smile, best trick, etc. Loads of laughs!
6) Silent auction for Corgi-Aid: lots of neat corgi periphenalia to bid on; bring your money!!

That's all I can recall at this time. Please pass the word on to anyone you know who has a corgi or two or three and come on over to enjoy a great time!

He has been bored all summer at the office and needs to interact with those more of his type. :) Unless some unforseen circumstance prevents us from coming, see you there!
