As the date gets closer people will be asked to sign up in the yahoo database ( http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/group/PhillyAreaCorgis/database ) with how many people/corgis are coming and to pay a fee (around $15) to cover the cost of park rental and burgers for lunch plus a donation to CorgiAid. Everyone is asked to bring a dish to share and also an item for the silent auction for CorgiAid. There are corgi games also included like bobbing for hot dogs, musical hoops, and a costume contest.
