Event Description

Our next meetup is scheduled for Saturday, Oct 24th at 5pm. This time we'll head to Doctor's Dog Park in Apopka. For some of you, this might be a bit of a trek but this is a great dog park. Nice open area with lots of grass and it's easy to find! Located in the heart of Apopka, Highland Avenue intersects with 441 just west of the 436 merge. There are both Small Dog and Large Dog areas, a Water Fountain/Shower for Dogs/Humans, Dogipots for cleanup, and Timeout Areas in each section. The Humans have a few Benches in each area to relax and enjoy the park on. Parking is a bit confusing. You park across the street and it appears to be a very small lot, but you can go beyond the obvious area into the open grass as well.
It should be a lot of fun and I'm hoping as we get into Oct, the weather will get even better.
