Hi All,

Following up on my message a few weeks ago. September is here! The month for our first DC/MD/VA corgi meet up. I've gotten a few responses and am looking forward to a great time later this month. The meet-up will take place at Dumbarton Oaks park in Georgetown. The closest intersection to the dog-friendly section of the park is 30th and R Street NW. Use the park entrance right by the playground sign and stop sign. We'll be there 11:00am-1:00pm on Saturday, September 28th. Comment by Laura Goldstein on September 8, 2013 at 4:21pm: Hey Joey, it's gated in places, but technically dogs aren't allowed off leash (thug everyone does it) so the gating shouldn't be a problem. There's a big park area up top that's grassy with picnic tables and playgrounds and then a path down to the wooded area where there are trails to walk around. We'll probably stay up in the grassy area and then if folks want to go on trail walks later we can do that too.
