The 1st Annual Northern California Corgi Meet-up has been planned for June 22nd at Fort Funston, from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm. Meet in the parking lot to walk to the beach as a group

Stacey, It is an off leash dog area. I used to go there daily when I lived in SF and never had an issue with aggressive dogs. I've had much worse luck at fenced in dog parks

I've never been to this beach. Is it an off-leash dog park? I'm not worried about how my dogs act. They are friendly and will stick around but I'm just a little nervous because my dogs have been attacked by larger off-leash dogs in the past.
