OK so my boyfriend takes gloucosamine for humans at 500mg. He a noticed a big difference in his normal aches and pains that he gets in his back and legs. Well I started to look at Kirby and thought..although he is only 3, he is a little overweight at 38 lbs, and his legs have to hold all that up. So I thought maybe I will get the glucosamine for dogs at our vet supply. Do you think that this would be a problem to give it to him if he isnt experiencing any joint problems, or do you think that it might help prevent any joint problems that he may get?
