When I was answering a question in the yahoo answers dog section the other day about fleas, I said I applied orange oil to his back and the back of his neck once a week instead of using frontline because I wanted to avoid all those nasty chemicals that are in it. I got 4 thumbs down! I have never had a problem with using orange oil on my dog and my cat. So what's the deal with not using citrus based oils being used as flea remedies for dogs?
