Anti-itch remedy?

We have applied the flea medication and now the fleas are dead, but Sidney is still bothering his belly where the flea bites are healing. It's not terrible inflamed or anything, but he keeps licking the healing bites. Is there a topical lotion or spray that you can recommend that can ease his skin while it continues to heal? Something that won't hurt him if he licks it off or will taste bad so he won't lick it? What do you recommend?

Consider making a spray with Tea Tree, Peppermint and Chamomile oils. Pick up a small bottle of each at your local health food store. Get a small spray bottle in HBA at Wal-Mart. Fill the spray bottle with water. Put two drops of each oil and shake it well. Spray on the itchy spot. Tea Tree is anti-itch. Peppermint stops itch and soothes skin. Chamomile soothes skin as well. And since it's natural, you don't have to worry about Sidney licking it. And, you can put it on any time you want. No waiting four hours to use a prescription again.
