Cardi on Craigslist in Allentown, PA

I've always thought that cardi breeders would gladly take dogs back if they didn't work out. Does anyone know whether there are any cardi breeders in the Philly vicinity, or want to work with the owner to see if the dog can be returned to its breeder?

Very strange listing on Craigslist! Most Cardi breeders take pups back, but I've seen enough show up in rescue and stuff to realize it's not as ideal as you would think by the small numbers.
