A few months ago, I discovered that my 2.5 year old Corgi started having some small areas of discoloration inside her big ears. They look like small blemishes, almost like she has small spots of dust/dirt in her ears, but when I wipe them, they don't come off. Has anyone had this same thing occur? I'm wondering if they may be "sun spots" as she developed them after a few months of frequent long walks outside. Just wondering, they don't bother her and I'm sure it's not harmful.
