Hi guys, I don't live in the U.S but was curious to see whether Corgi's were common in shelters (you rarely find a Corgi in a shelter here in Australia) so I did a search on the internet.
I'm regretting this now as I have stumbled upon a Corgi in Pasadena who is in danger of euthanasia- and I can do nothing about it as I'm on the other side of the world. So I'm putting it out there on MyCorgi.com and hope that maybe someone in CA can go and rescue this gorgeous dog.

To put you at some ease...many of the rescues and breeders keep a close eye on petfinder and jump to rescue these dogs and get them into a safe rescue of foster home. I almost bet if you were to contact this post you will come to find out the dog has been rescued. I will go ahead and post this information onto corgi lists here in the US and hopefully there will be no end to this dogs life.
Thanks so much! I just had to make sure people knew to put my mind at rest.
Someone in San Diego contacted me letting me know they had gone to the post of this dog and it is no longer available. They were willing to adopt him but seems someone has beaten them to the rescue. Excellent news for the dog but sad for the people.
Thanks so much! A big relief that it found a home!
When is this suppose to happen, I live in Florida and I'm very upset right now ,I want to help.
Apparently he has been adopted. Thanks for the concern though!
Thank you for the response, after I sent my response yesterday I realized the corgi had been adopted.
