Good:
Was realistic and honest about what I could expect with a Corgi, especially with my special situation and needs. Helped me to pick a puppy that was the temperment that I needed. Very responsive and helpful. Delivered the puppy directly despite the 6 hour drive. Helped me with registering her with the AKC. Nice lady to deal with.

Bad:
Not responsive to e-mails and concerns after the adoption, despite several e-mails and attempts at contact.
