I noticed today that Abbey has little white specks near her back legs.  Would this be dandruff?  If so, what can I use to clear it up.  Would putting  a little bit of oil (maybe olive oil) on her food help?  I am stumped as to what to do.  Any advice or tips you might have would be greatly appreciated.
