Electronic training collars
I have been looking into getting an e-collar for my dog. He knows his basic commands but I want one just as a backup in case we get into a situation where he cannot see or hear me. My mother has a Dogtra for our Dane and he responds to it well, but I wanted to know if any other Corgi parents have e-collars and what brand do you use?

i use one; we love it. we would not have been able to keep our dog otherwise. i know people have tons of opinions on this and i won't argue it one way or another... just wanted to say yes, we have an ordinary small dog petsafe e-collar and train with it regularly, and we love it and are thrilled with the results.
