whatever works with your schedule! :-D You can ask 10 different people when they feed their dogs each day and receive 10 different answers (even within the same household!). Just do what works with your schedule and  your puppy will adapt.

Ours get fed at different times depending on our schedule.  Usually 8am and 5pm, but some days we have things in the evening, so then they get fed at 9 or 10 and 7 or 8, the pups see to adjust just fine.

At 9 weeks he is best be fed three times a day. You can go to twice a day around 12 to 14 wks.of age.
