Getting her "fixed"

Nutty is 5 months old. When should I get her fixed? She started to "hump" my foot last night. Argg!!! I think this is a dominance and a hormonal thing, and want to stop it right away. She already nips at my hands and feet constantly, I certainly don't want her humping too. Thanks!

Hey Jacki, Nutty's sister Superstar is also "humping" on my leg...she doesnt nip anymore though. My vet told me to get her fixed soon before 9 months cause it is easier for her. I have no idea about this but anyways, I will spay her on March and save me the wait :)

I was watching the videos from Celeste the other day, and giggled when she said hello to "Superstar" when she was just a baby!! Nutmeg didn't have a name back then, so I don't know for sure which one she was. I will get her spayed next month. Thanks!
