Grain-free dog kibble
I have been planning ahead and looking for a kibble to switch to for adora when we do the switch from puppy to adult. Which will be when she finishes the bag of Innnova Puppy. I really want to go all natural, which means going grain free for dogs, as grain is not part of a dogs natural diet. I thought about going raw diet, but adora just loves veggies and fruit and likes to paw at her food and water, So raw is out. What brands do you guys use or know of that are Grain-Free. Its one thing to read ingrediants, but i would like to know how other people think of different brands, and how well they suite Corgi's as a breed.

The grain-free kibbles I like are Orijen and Evo. Evo has 3 different kinds, I've only used the Red Meat variety, but I'm sure they are all as good.
Other brands are Wellness Core, Nature's Variety Instinct, Go! (by Petcurean), Taste of the Wild, Solid Gold Barking at the Moon, Canidae (only one variety is grain free)... I'm sure there are some others, but these are the ones off the top of my head.
I don't like Taste of the Wild because it's made by Diamond, and since Canidae switched their formula and has Diamond make their food now, I don't like them either. Wellness and Nature's Variety recently merged into the WellPet company, so I'm interested to see how their products hold up. My cat gets the Instinct though, and she's done okay on it. The Go! is good, and I like the company, but I don't know how easy it is to find. I've only ever seen one specailty "boutique" that carried it. The Barking at the Moon... well, I don't know anything about it so I can't say anything on it.
Pound of pound Orijen and Evo are at the top of the price list, but I like the companies behind both of the foods, and they are very honest about what and how they produce. I would feel perfectly safe going with either.

I feed Taste of the Wild and my dogs and cats love it (I have the feline version for my kitties of course). My mother and sister have switched their dogs to it as well. I find mine at TSC 9.99 for 5lb bag, 22.99 for 15lb bag, 42.99 for 35lb bag.

I use Taste of the Wild wetlands for my Corgi and my Great Dane. They do very well on it. For my corgi, because corgi's have the weight issue, I feed him a 1/2 cup of carrots, peas, blueberries, or any other fruit/veggie he likes and a cup of kibble in a kong twice a day.... keep him working his brain and body for his food.
His poo is nice and firm, even the first day a switched him to it, and he has much less gas than on his other grain free food (artemis maximal dog). He really enjoys it. They both do! :)
It's also pretty affordable for such a good food. It received 5 stars on dogfoodanalysis.com, which is great, and it's about $40 for a 35lb bag here.
