It's pretty hot where we are and we have a pool available, which is a huge plus. The only downside is that Napolean, who is the one who needs the pool the most, cannot go in. The reason is that we spend so much money cleaning the pool on our own, that any loose hairs pretty much make us go insane since it literally will take a week+ to remove all the hairs. Is there anyway to reduce the amount of hairs he puts in the pool? There will even be around 20+ hairs just from him being around the pool x3 I've tried combing him before swimming, but that only seems to loosen all the hairs and even MORE come out. Any suggestions would be great!

Maybe a separate kiddie pool for Napolean?

Not much to be done about the shedding....it seems like corgis each shed at their own individually determined rate.  Some people say fish oil helps with the shedding, but I can't imagine it would keep a pup from dropping any hairs in a pool.

Yea..but I hate that we pretty much got the pool for everyone's use. I'd rather not have to spend more money for the extra pool, more water to fill the pool, and more time to take out all the hairs, plus have to do the same things with the human pool hehe. Yes, I heard that fish oil helps some. I will try putting some in his food and see how it goes. Thanks for the suggestion!
