Help! My Corgi's Nose Is Peeling!

I noticed today that my Corgi, Molly, had like a chalky white film outlining her nose...she also had just one place on the side of her nose with a piece of loose skin.
Does anyone know what this could be? I know that there have been some posts regarding nose peeling/issues, but none seem to match exactly what she has going on.
Her activity levels are still the same---she's very active, eats well, and seems happy enough.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, she does eat out of plastic bowls, but her crate is not plastic. I didn't know that they could develop allergies to plastic---this is good to know. I'll check the snow nose and pemphigus out---thank you so much for the help, it makes me feel better to have a direction to look in now!

One of our kitties also had an allergy to plastic bowls and it would give him terrible pimples all over his chin. Took us a while to figure that one out.
