Hi everyone. My puppy Hannah is 6 months old, and she was just spayed on Thursday. We brought her home on Friday morning. Now, she has almost all of her energy back. She tries to jump, run, and play hard all the time! We really need some advice, because she is not supposed to be running or jumping until the 20th, when she will get her staples out. She is wearing a buster coller(the cone around her neck), so she can't bite or lick at her staples, but she tries almost constantly to get the coller off! Is there any way to make her stop? I don't think me and my family can take almost 2 more weeks of trying to control energetic Hannah! Please send me any advice you can!

Here are two previous threads on this topic: First, Second.
I had to keep mine crated last month when she was done. She was "glued" back together lol. And didn't have to be quiet for that length of time but I kept her crated and only let her out to go potty and I would work on some other things with her to distract her from playing like sit and down etc. with treats. This way she had people time but it was controlled and she was somewhat distracted.
