House Traing

We are having a slight problem with Max. He does do well during the day. He eats about 3;00pm,goes out around 6:00 and then while we're watching tv he comes and I love him and brush him till about 7:30 then Max is suppose to go to bed. This worked well until a couple of days ago..Now about 8:00 he starts whining like he has to go out. We take him out and he does nothing. This is not fun because it's getting real cold out. Any suggestions?

How old is Max? Are you sure he's whining to go out, and not whining for attention or for some other reason? Does he sleep in a crate? Does he get any exercise between when he eats and when he goes to sleep? He might be antsy.

Max. is 3mo and he gets lots of exercise between food and play. I don't know that he doesn't just want more attention but if he gets to excited he pees on the bed so we try to keep him calm after the last potty break.

Since he's so young I'm sure it's something he'll grow out of. He's probably just being a baby and whining because he wants something or other. Sorry, it can be hard when they're so young.
