Housebreaking!
Help! I have never seen two dogs so hard to train. They'll do just great for a week or so and then it all falls apart. They won't even go on the papers. When they do go out to potty they both are praised but they'll be out for a half hour or more and come in and do something on the rug. Anyone have a suggestion?
