Hi everyone,

I know right now is not a good time to be looking for a Corgi pup.  I know  I should have started this search long before Christmas but nothing I decide to do is ever easy.  My baby girl is 7 years old.  I am wanting to get another pup.  However the breeder I got Maggie from is no longer breeding puppies and has pretty much said good luck in finding one. Little did I know what was meant by that.....I have never had such a hard time.  I have searched all over Tx and I am so thankful I know what a purebred looks like as SOME (not all) of the websites (breeders) I have looked at don't really look like Pembrokes and really....blue merle for a pembroke.....I can't believe people are doing that. Alot of the websites have a 2 to 3 year waiting list. Anyway I am wondering if anyone knows of any good breeders in Oklahoma and Louisiana near the Tx border.  I'm willing to drive no more than 300 miles and honestly after hearing the  horror stories of people having puppies shipped I just don't want to go that route.  Also if there are any breeders you may know of in Tx that may not have a huge website or may not get alot of advertisement please let me know.  I am looking for a female red or sable or red headed tri.  I am even willing to adopt one but no older than 2 years.  Thanks in advance!
