Looking for a corgi

Hi,

I am looking for a corgi! I live in Tucson but I would be willing to travel as long as it is not too far away. I'm hoping that you all on here can lead me to a reputable breeder!

Are you looking for Pembroke or a Cardigan? I live in Scottsdale so I'm familiar with local breeders but more so Cardigan breeders since that's what I have.

Hi Ellie,
I live in Tucson also. Well Sahuarita but close enough. I just got my baby Quin from a breeder in Sierra Vista. I spent all of last year looking and waiting to get my puppy. There are some breeders in Phoenix and one here in Tucson also that advertise in the paper and are not breeding for show dogs or to better the breed but only to sell puppies. I called quite a few and asked questions about tests for hips and elbow and eyes and all that and most of them say Oh you dont need to do those tests corgis dont have those problums. I was told to run not walk away from that kind of breeder. It is really up to you what you want and how much you are willing to spend puppies from my breeder are around $900 and i have seen them here in AZ any way at 1200 but then again if you get it from the paper or on the net you can get them for 500-600. If you like i can ask if it is ok to give you my breeders email.

Thank you so much for your help! I am looking for a Pembroke, I should have been more specific, sorry! I did check that PWCCA website and I emailed some of those breeders.
