Ender is 6 months old now and he's actually very well behaved otherwise. He's potty trained and knows basic commands. The one area where he's a total brat (in a cute way) is when he wants a belly rub.

He's crate trained but on occasion I let him sleep next to me if I'm taking a nap. What he'll do is lay next to me and roll around on his back spazzing and making these grunt noises. And he won't stop until I give him a belly rub. If I ignore him, he'll scoot up closer and do the same thing until I give in. If I happen to be looking at him when he does it and if his eyes meet mine, he'll make this "eh" bark and kind of "lunge" (not a great word to describe this, since it's never aggressive) and stick his nose forward into my face, sometimes even lick it. All to get attention so I will belly rub him!

Does any other Corgi do this or something similar?

I think you have described most Corgis. My brodie (11 months) is the most aggressive about getting that kind of attention. Seems like when I am sitting and relaxing there is at least one Corgi that lifts my hand with their nose trying to get a scritch or a belly rub!
On occasion, Caleb is allowed to sleep on the bed with me. Every time he does, he thinks it's "Get a belly/ear rub until I fall asleep" time.
