I took Percy to the vet about two weeks ago.  One of his eyes was red and had a white gunky discharge.  Vet checked him out and couldn't find anything in the eye or a scratch.  Got drops:  Neomycin and Polymyxin B Sulfates and Dexamethasone Opthalmic Suspension.  The redness got better but now the whites seem pink in both eyes and the discharge is back.  I'm not sure what's going on.  Could it be pink eye and these were not the right kind of drops for pink eye?

Steve's eyes gets red at times with discharge due to allergies and he was prescribed the same eye drops. He still gets the discharge once in a while but definitely not as much.
Have you tone back to the vet?
I hope Percy's eye gets better.

I would go back to the vet to have them checked again. Eyes are something you don't want to guess at or postpone having checked out.

It could be allergies? I wouldn't want to use the eye drops without having the vet check his eyes out again. Any eye drop with steriods I would watch out for before using. Maybe try giving some benadryl and see if it gets better?

Today they look fine again. Maybe it is allergies! I'll keep an eye on it and mention it on Wed when I am at the vet with our other Corgi. Always at the vet for something!
