please help my dog wont stop using my couch as a bathroom!!!

ok so I have a 8 month old female corgi she is a great dog most of the time she is crate trained and even house broken however almost everytime she comes back in from our walk which she goes to the bathroom 1 and 2 she gets on the couch and goes again. Or when I am not looking she will go on the couch I spend a lot of time with her I have a small mixed dog that she plays with also so I dont know what I should do anyone have any ideas I am open to try anything.... Is the couch leather? I had this problem with my dog, he eventually stopped doing it. Funny though he wouldnt do it on our cloth couch just the leather one.

it is a micro fiber couch I have tried almost every spray steam cleaning everything I dont get it I know she knows its bad to do she just cant help it

Get 2 bottles of hydrogen peroxide and soak that spot, make sure it is larger than the original soiled area. By now you should know when she may attempt to repeat the act, stop her before the act. If she soil the couch again, you will need to clean it with the method above. As long as there's lingering smell, it will not stop. Also your dog will not be fully potty trained and 100% reliable until she hits 9 mon - 1 year. Until she has proven reliable, NEVER let her out of your sight.
