Potty Training for dummies...HELP!
I just don't know what else to do with Baxter he refuses to go to the bathroom outside. He will go outside for an hour then come in and go potty in the house! I praise him when he does go outside, and tell him NO when he goes in the house and put him outside. He does not go in his crate all day so I know he has control. I just don't know what else to do??????
