I don't know what's happened, but for some reason Zwei is refusing to drink liquid water (by itself). He'll only take ice-cubes and will only drink water when I add a lot to his food.

This is starting to become a bit distressing!! I'm not sure what to do to make him drink regular water again.

I know how you feel....the corgi I have will pretty much only drink water out of the tub facuet, pretty frustrating!!!! The husband thought it was cute when he was little and would lean over the tub and bite the water when he got ready for a shower. Or, in the summertime, out of our pond, (our pond is chemical free and naturally treated for algae) even when a bowl of water is sitting right in front of him. I've already went through a bout of gardia (sp) because of that with him.

What caused him to suddenly not drink water? Any ideas? You could just put a small bowl of ice chips and let him have them, it's better than not getting any water. He may then drink up some of the water as the ice melts.
Maybe I should try and see if he'll drink that ... I get mad at him when he drinks from puddles.

My boyfriend said it might be me getting mad at him for that that he won't drink water anymore, or that it was that he was too used to ice cubes. I tried putting an ice cube in water and giving it to him but he totally ignores it.

His gums are fine though and it doesn't look like he's getting dehydrated ... arrrgh.
