So, Maximus had some fleas. I treated him with a bath, a capstar and some advantage and he doesnt have them anymore. After the fact though, I noticed that on the back of a leg and the inside of both of his thighs are scab marks and bald spots. I figured he was chewing them, but would he do it to the point of bleeding? Should I leave it be with some anti itch cream or gold bond? Or is it vet worthy?

It is like a mosquito bite, very itchy and often bite to the point of bleeding. As long as he has stopped chewing that area, then you can just leave it, if not you can apply some topical stuff to "calm" the area. Since you've already been the the vet for a capstar, another trip is not necessary in my opinion.
