My Lilly's ears are very smelly. The inside is pink and there is not a discharge. is there something we need to be doing?
Appreciate any suggestions.

Hm, other than cleaning the ears, I'm guessing that you don't think you need to do anything.
Well there could be alittle yeast or fungi...if they are clean now then try cleaning them w/a cleaning solution that is non irritating, disinfects, deodorizes, alcohol free, painless and treats infections and fungus. Dr. Golds Ear Therapy. If after you clean them w/this and there is still an odor and some junk in the ear then you may want to have the vet look at her since it maybe a yeast problem and they may want you to use Mometamax. It works awesome. Good luck.
Smelly ears do indicate a problem. Your best bet is to have them checked by a vet to see if infection exists. It may be bacterial or yeast in nature which is important to know so the proper medications can be used. I suspect your vet will wish to do a test to determine what is causing issue. You may receive either topical or oral medication for this. They will also suggest an ear wash to help prevent further problem. Good luck.
Thanks for all your help Monday will call the vet for an appointment! Since I can't see any discharge - do believe there may be fungus or something like that.
Thanks again
