Spot on Foot

I was petting Finn today and when he rolled over I noticed a strange patch on the pad of one of his back feet. It doesn't look like anything on any of the other pads and I don't know if it's a problem or just a callus and I'm overreacting. I took the best pictures I could considering the bad lighting and a dog that won't sit still. It's a white spot with black specks on it. It's on the right at the edge of the pad. Does anyone know what this could be?

I couldn't really see the spot on her foot either. I know it's hard to get a clear picture of their feet. :)

Those puppy behinds in the background are so cute!

It doesn't seem to bother Finn. I still contemplate having it looked at though. I have a feeling the vet would say it's some kind of callus and I'd rather not spend money on that. I guess I'll just keep watching it for the time being since nothing seems to be changing with it anyway.

I will keep you all posted. If nothing changes I will still ask the vet about next time we're in. I just don't want to make a special trip over nothing.
