I know I haven't been chatty for a while. Been a busy busy bee.

Now we're taking a short break with a bunch of friends and going camping for three days.

I was wondering if there was any advice any of you could offer about camping with dogs. I've done beach camping with my parents when I was younger and their black lab but I wasn't in full control of the situation/was a kid and not really paying attention haha.

I know its not really fully camping camping (though I'd love to someday do the hiking/camping trips again) its a pull up - park walk a few minutes to your premade grounds lol.

Either way its a new environment outside and I was just wondering if there was anything I should think about that I've missed (besides food, toys, sleeping area, bowls)

any doggy bug spray out there? I haven't had the time to look. (yea we do the flea, tick, heartworm that everyone does monthly) just heard that its ticky in that area.

Roxi is doing well and is two years old btw (joined when she was four months old hoo!) :) I'm waiting for that chance to actually sit down and update the profile and toss up an updated blog on whats happened in the last year.
