So my little boy is 14 weeks old and is very small. My dad just got a 13 week old female and she is probably twice his size. Should I be worried? Do different pups grow at different rates?

Corgis come in different sizes and grow at different rates, too. I have two -- uncle and niece -- both arrived to live with me at age 9 weeks. Bertie weighed over 8 pounds when I got him, and now at 5, he typically weighs around 37-38 or so (and is not fat!). Ethel weighed around 7 pounds, and now at 17 months, is pretty full grown at around 23 pounds or so -- she's only about 2/3s of Bertie's size. Isn't there even a group on mycorgi for the petite corgis among us? Your boy looks adorable to me! (and a non-corgi note: a friend just got 2 cockapoos, brother and sister -- and one is precisely half the size of the other!)
Thank You for the reassurement!!! =)
My Randy is a little guy too. At 8 weeks he was just 5.6 pounds and I would guess he will stay small by Corgi standards. He was one of 9 pups so maybe that is a factor, also his mother is a smaller than average Corgi. Leo is about 27 pounds at 10 months so he is about normal size.
I think the Itty Bitty Corgi Committee is for small Corgis, at least that is why I joined.
Ours is 19 months and is only 18 pounds. I think she is a Itty Bitty Corgi for sure. She will tqake on any size dog as her friend. She really likes our Westie as a chew toy and play buddy.
