Nipping is common with puppies, training (like yelping everytime teeth contact your skin) combined with maturity will end this. Chewing I think is something they will always do. Have plenty of toys and chews available and teach them early what is chewable and what is not. Take away forbidden item and say no, replace it with something allowed.
