We have had so much rain here. It has been raining for over a week! Poor Gracie has not been walked that much. Her agility class was cancelled. She is going to be a wild Indian in her obedience class this week! I feel so bad for her. I'm thinking of buying her a raincoat but I'm afraid she will chew it up! We have been playing ball in the hallway. Poor little Gracie! (not so little. she is 6 months old and weighs 22 1/2 pounds! - can still feel her ribs. Going to be a big dog!:)

Teddy hates the rain. I mean hates it. He'll stop dead halfway out the front door when he sees it is raining and he'll turn his head back and look at me seeming to say, "You want me to go out there when it's like that? I don't think so." So I have to encourage him along, telling me he's a Seattle dog and that the summer we had was quite abnormal and that he has to get used to the rain. I've been looking for a raincoat for him but they are hard to find and expensive and I don't think he would really like it all that much. I've tried to get to walk under the umbrella with me but then he can't smell everything. It's funny because once he does his business he'll turn around toward home and try to pull me back. Once we hit our driveway/front walk he'll run to the door and stratch at it madly telling to hurry up and let him in. Such a silly puppy he is.
my dogs don't care what is going on outside we'd better go for our walk!!! Rain, hail, snow really nothing deters them. except heat then they'll gladly lay infront of the ac allday
