Our hearts and prayers go out to the Hokie Nation once again.  Tonight, almost four years later, my fluffers Heronsway Land of the Hokies is called upon to give me strength and understanding.  I know that he would be up to the task of giving corgi love to everyone on campus.

A sad day for Hokies.  I hope your corgis are snuggling close and giving you their special therapy.

Ok, if Georgia can have UGA, why can't VT have an official Corgi? Turkeys just don't have the personality to represent such a wonderful school!

I'll volunteer!

Let's Go Hokie Corgis!  Great Beamerball last night, eh?  We might have to take the UVA game very seriously this season!  Wear your Hokie colors and work on your Blacksburg Bounce!  Bear, Tasha and Heronsway Land of the Hokies

Oh Copper!  You are so handsome in your Hokiewear!!!!  Our team has a break this weekend, but be sure to put on your Hokie colors next week when we play Georgia Tech at Lane Stadium!  If it's nice tomorrow, we three will put on our Hokie football jerseys and take a walk in Colonial Williamsburg!  Time for Beamerball!  All the best, Bear, Tasha and Linus

This is a solemn day for us all.  Pets offer so much comfort after sadness.  If you get "Bark Magazine" be sure to read the piece by my friend Katie Fallon about her rescue dog Mr. Bones and his role as a therapy dog after the events of April 16.

Dear Friends:  Four years ago today Linus arrived home. He was a lovely fluffy puppy back then and now is a uber fluffy kind of guy.  Sadly, four years ago today, the Hokie nation lost 32 members of its family.

Please take a moment to remember Virginia Tech, and all our nation's universities, in your prayers.

Heronsway Land of the Hokies a/k/a Linus
