I go to one in Addison, but that's pretty far from Fort Worth. It's really small and hidden, but I think it is great.

Where is the park in Addison? I am very close to that area and it would be easier than the hike down to White Rock for short jaunts...

Denton has a dog park...but I wasn't very impressed.

There is a dog park in North Richland Hills off of Davis Blvd. Its called North Richland Hills' Tipps Canine Hollow. A lady I got into a conversation with at Petco has taken her dogs there several times. She says its pretty good.

The one in Addison is off of Beltway and Le Grande. From 635, take Marsh, Turn right on Beltway, Turn right on Le Grande, Le Grande dead ends, turn left, and that street dead ends into a parking area. We usually park down the street and walk since there are only 4 spaces to park and a lot of older folks come out to the park.

Care to describe the "bad" experience? I ask because I was just on their website a few days ago and was considering taking the pup there.

Arlington has a fairly good dog park, better during the week than weekend. More responsible owners during the week. If you go on the weekend go early in the morning. It is on SE Green Oaks, between Matlock and Collins south of I-20. Grand Prairie has a good one, north of I-20 off Great Southwest Parkway. Its right across from the airport, north of Mayfield rd. I cant remember the name of the street but there are signs. Have fun!

Wrigley and I went to the Addison park yesterday for a bit. We had the place to ourselves and he loved running after the balls (he doesn't quite get fetch). It turned out to be about 5 minutes from home, so I think we will definitely be going back. :)
