yup. lots of pix. but since our newest corgi, rafa, there's no time to even download the photos. i will soon. lucy has no nub. that's normal. rafa has a nub (which is fun bec. i can see it wiggling a mile a minute when he approaches lucy to play), which is totally normal, too. so don't worry. lucy also has what i refer to as a wiggly skirt. i love it. but you'll have to see a photo to see what i mean. lucy is totally fem. and rafa, little as he is, is all boy. i'm so happy to have a 2010 puppy.

i think i read some other info about you. are you a vet. tech? are you a major worrier? if yes, so am i. but not with my corgis. just with my other "kids" who are hardly kids. All are in their 20's and i still worry!

Yes, guilty as charged. I'm a vet tech, and thus a major worrier ;)
Not as bad about my other pets so much- just when they are new lol.

I haven't been able to download many either. But I do have a few from her first week home.
(While she was still fairly tired).

Both Gracie and Dyson have extremely short tails also. You can barely feel the nub. The vet tech said that makes it harder to express their glands. I don't have any fancy pants just some cute wiggle butts!

All corgi's have tails in Australia since the 'no docking allowed' law was passed. Velvet is the first corgi I have ever owned that has a tail. All the others had little stumps which wiggled so fast when they were happy or playing.
Now that I am getting used to it I quite like it. Hers is a bit like a chihuahua tail. Curls up over her back when she is happy and hangs down at other times.

Kris ein has a nothing nub as well, its even hard to see when she is wagging her butt, she also has a cowlick too right where said tail should be. i dont think theres a standard to how long or short tails should be

If miras bum turns out half as adorable as ein's, ill be happy. I love that dog. :) give her a
