P.S. Like I've said before, Ion and I are there every Sunday at 11, so any Sunday (or Saturday) that you want to come up is fine by us! We love the corgi company!

How about March 7th (a week from this Sunday)? We could even make it a monthly thing, where we meet the first Sunday of every month. That way, if people can't make it to this one (or even a later one), instead of being really disappointed they can just plan to wait a month.

Jane and I have setup a number of meetups in the past that have had upwards of 30 dogs at a get together.

You seem to have a great location. You may want to plan it out a week or so in advance to give folks a chance to plan. The more dogs you can get the better. Post it on the MyCorgi main page - I can get it on other Corgi Web sites if you want. We do have some folks on our mailing list from Maine - can we let them know?

We may bring Byron and Fergie up - we love spending the day in the Portland area

I'm in. I will bring both of my Corgis. We should set a date. 11am on a Saturday or Sunday at Quarry Run works. How does this Sunday work? Too soon?

It seems there are enough corgis in the Portland area to make a nice local group. It is a bit far for me to take Duchess. But I understand that other members may be able to travel up there. Let us know how it goes? And take some pictures? June

Well Ion and his bud always go to the park (It's on Ocean Ave right at the end of Presumpscot st in Portland) on Saturdays and Sundays at 11. We'd love to have others come join us! If you walk into the park and walk straight to the back, there is a small stick teepee which we like to stay around. The park is completely fenced in and the bigger dogs tend to stay away from that area. Anyone interested?
