Chantel, sounds like a good idea since I have not met any other people around the New Orleans area that own a Cardigan/Pembroke Corgi.

Hello everyone, Myself and my Corgi Maya are located in Southeast Louisiana, 30 miles west of New Orleans. I just purchased my first Pembroke Welsh Corgi Maya from a Corgi breeder in Pennsylvania. Maya is registered with the AKC.

hi guys, ive been dieing to find a corgi and there are no breeders to be found for a reasonable price in my area :[ any suggestions on breeders near the area or know of any?! it'd be appreciated!

HEY Corgi friends I have a large request. There is a sweet approximately 3 yr old corgi mix at the East Baton Rouge Parish animal control/Companion Animal Alliance that is in the female strays area. She needs a foster or permanent home. She has been there way past her time and is in danger of being euthanized. I am doing all I can to make sure that doesn't happen. Here is a picture of her. Hey corgi buddies! If anyone is in the Baton Rouge area Friday, Toki will be having her third birthday party at the Burbank dog park at 6. There will be doggie cake and cookies!

Clay is a 3-4 y/o male corgi.  He is at Vermilion Parish Rabies Animal Control in Louisiana.  He needs a home!  The post I saw on facebook says he is very sweet and loves to be cuddled, but shies away from cats.

Petsmart has Howl-o-ween this saturday as well. I can't remember the exact time but I'm thiking it starts around 2pm.
