Marti and I will be going to the dog park in lafayette this saturday (jan 3) at 1pm...if you're in the lafayette area and want to join we'd love to meet fellow corgi people =)

About 7 of us had a great meet-up today at the dog park in Lafayette. I hope all you South Lousiana Corgis will consider joining us for the Krewe Des Chiens Dog Parade in Lafayette on February 6th, 2010. John Koster started a group here on MyCorgi.com. Check out the Group! We are going to try to have a group of Cardis and Pems walk as a Krewe of Corgis in the dog parade! The more the merrier.

Gabby too! She was trying to catch the snowflake as they fell. We're in Vinton LA, so we're like you and don't get to see snow.

Toki experienced her first snow in Lake Charles tonight! She loved it so much I couldn't get her to come back inside lol Unfortunately not enough snow for a corgi angel :'(

We have run into Tamaki a couple times, once at PetCo and once at Bark in the Park. He seemed like a big sweetie and played nice with Pandora.

Hello Everyone!
I was searching on petfinder a found this beautiful young corgi boy in Sunset, LA (north of lafayette). If i had the room I would take him =(...being a corgi lover, I would like to help adopt out all the ones i find =)... If you know someone who is interested pleeeasseee let them know. They said they will not adopt out to a house with small children because he is a herding dog.

Magnolia Corgi Festival

We had a great time with approximately 25 corgis and people attending this year's event. The costume contest was adorable as we had the scarecrow (human) and flying monkey (Pembroke) and the cart dog (Pembroke named Tux) pulling his chuckwagon with a monkey riding on his back. Everyone passed the CGC/TDI and we raised more than $300 for CorgiAid. Mark next year's event on your calendar for some time in October.

Hi all! I was a member and somehow lost my access. Mr. Spock is my CWC and we life in Lafayette. We know a number of corgis around here and really want to join with John Koster and Pandora to get a Cajun Corgi Crewe to march in the Krewe des Chiens on February 6th, 2010. Check out John's new page to join in the fun. I just keep imagining a bunch of Corgi bunny butts waggling down the middle of Lafayette together! FUNNNY!
