Hi, everyone

I'm beginning to plan for the 9th Annual Magnolia Corgi Festival to be held in north Louisiana or Mississippi. I know a few of you have been added to my email for this event. If anyone else is interested in being added to the list, please email me privately.

BTW, John, I have two friends in AL who breed Pems (one is in Leeds and the other Hoover). Are you getting Pandora from one of them? One of my corgis belongs to Dr. Simon's daughter in Broussard.

I have had my first Cardigan litter!! My girl free whelped 6 pupies (5 girls x 1 boy), all brindle marked with a lot of white. We were hoping for a black/white, but obviously my girl doesn't carry the tri gene. Unfortunately, we lost two girls, but the rest are doing well. They are now 4 weeks old.

My current Pem litter consists of 3 boys (2 sable fluffies and 1 r/w normal coat). They are now 3 1/2 months old. Lately, I've had my hands full with puppy breath.

Ah great thanks! It will still be a while before Pandora will be able to go but we can't wait! My wife works at The Resort @ Lafayette Veteranarian Care Center. They always have lots of corgis there!

The dog park is near UL just off of Johnston Street on a little street called Julien. There is a small firestation on the corner.

Hi everyone! Pandora will be coming home with us from a breeder in Alabama this Sunday. We would love to meet other Corgi owners in Lafayette area. Where is the dog park ya'll are talking about?

It's cool, there weren't alot of people there but it was pretty nice. It would make a good meet up spot :) Where is Girard Park? Youth Park was the only doggie friendly park in Lafayette that I could find.

I totally missed out on meeting up at the dog park in Lafayette on the 30th! Let me know when you may go some other time. Or perhaps to Girard Park?

My elderly aunt has 3 female Corgis she is trying to give away. She is unable to take care of them due to medical and financial issues. They are all about 4 years old and are CKC registered. They do not get along well with other dogs, however, and hardly tolerate each other! She has them kenneled separately. If anyone is interested in taking one or knows anyone who may take them please let me know. Thanks so much! They are beautiful girls but we have 3 all ready and can't take on anymore!

We will be arriving at Youth Park tomorrow around 1. Toki's corgi buddy Rhet will be joining us also :) Hope you'll be able to make it!

Probably afternoon time, maybe 1 or 2 depending on when we leave. The only dog park I can find in Lafayette is Youth Park so we'll be going there. I hope there will be alot of dogs there!
