Here in Finland people knows what is Welsh Corgi Pemproke but they usually have no idea that there is also another corgi breed. :o) I usually tell them that Queen Elisabeth has this kind of dogs too. That is so much easier. :)

Welcome to our group. You have the true WELSH Corgis and a very cute pair. I want to visit Wales this summer to see Pumpkin's relatives. The French people are crazy about Corgis but, you're right, few know the breed until you mention the Queen!

We are from Wales but living in Brittany at the moment. French people have no idea what a corgi is!! We attract a lot of attention

Pumpkin is AmeriCannes. She's lived in France for over 1 year. There's not a cheese she doesn't like, although she prefers anything goat except the living one. She'll take a cow anytime.
