Hi, We had planned on leaving the TV or radio on. I am a little worried about leaving the blinds down. If Tenby really wants to see he just might pull or chew. We are hoping to have at least one window that he can look out and see nothing.
I always leave the radio on and pull the curtains when we leave our group alone so they don't bark and bother the neighbors. Have a great time!
We are going to be in SW Michigan. We are staying at an RV park in Roger's home town of Berrien Springs. We are managing to get his high school reunion and a family reunion all in the same trip. Most of his family are farmers and they sell at the Farmers Market in South Bend. The fruit and veggies are so good, I am already dreaming of the peaches.
We can take the boys to the family reunion, but the school reunion will be the first time we will have to leave them alone in the trailer for a few hours. The reunion is close so we can probably check on them atleast once. We will just shut everything up and leave the air conditioner on....they will probably just sleep.
Where in Michigan are you going? We live in the Lansing area. We are spending the 4th in Petoskey area and plan to leave our RV there for the month of July. We will spend the 1st 2 weeks there and drive back home during the week the other 2. We love that area of Northern Michigan because it is close to so much..the Bridge, Mackinaw Island, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs etc. Our dogs love spending time with us in a small space because it is impossible to ignore them that way!
We are spending the 4th at a park near Willington,NC. In August we are going to Michigan for 10 days. We are going to get real brave and become official "snowbirds" and spend Nov, Dec, Jan and maybe Feb in Florida. As Florida is very busy in the winter getting reservations are challenging. We are on the list for a month in Tampa, Keywest and Melbourne. This will be the first time the boys and us will live together in a 30' trailer. We are either adventrous or just plain crazy.
