No, we never got to Berrien Springs. We just went to Saguatuck,St Joe and South Haven. The weekend went by fast! We are looking forward to Labor Day Weekend in Traverse City and plan to stay up north the whole week/
We got reservations for a park in Fort Meyers,FL from 11/24 to 12/24. Then we will head over to the Ft Lauderdale area and spend a few days with our daughter. Then to Key West for a few weeks.
Bev...did you have a chance to get to see the Berrien Springs park?
Bev..my brain cells must really be on vacation. I should have said the new area is on the LEFT when you come in.
Bev, it is worth a look if you have time. There is so much room between the spaces in the new area (to your right when you pull in) Chepstow wants to run after his ball constantly. We have been taking nice long walks along the river
Judy and Alan: that sounds like fun! Roger and Laurie: We are going to a park in South Haven next week and planned to check out St Joe while we are there so we will have to go by that park too. I like to hit south Michigan in the fall and northern Michigan in the summer.
The park is in Berrien Springs and is called Shamrock RV Park. We are on the new pull through area. Just a 2 minute walk to the St Joseph River. The park is so nice we will probably come back next year for a couple of weeks. Only small issue is no laundry on site, but thereares 2 in town just a quick drive. Been raining yesterday and today, should be nice tomorrow for reunion.
I didn't have time for a pedicure before we left so had a friend of Roger's make me an appt with a local person. We walked in and there was a picture of her corgi. Of course we shared corgi stories and told her about mycorgi.
Oh bummer! Vet bills are so bad... What park are you at? It is great that Tenby can provide entertainment for his brother.
This afternoon we spent 2 hours at the vet with our wild child. His auto immune problem went crazy and within 24 hours he had scratched and chewed under his back leg and scratched under his ear. He is now on antibiotics, steroids and we have to clean the wounds with special stuff twice a day. Of course the vet visit cost $10 less than a whole week at theRV park. We told Chepstow he couldn't laugh at his brother. But I know he is laughing inside.
