Beth,
I don't see her... Searched for corgis and dogs named Angel.  I did agree this weekend to foster a basset - corgi mix from Evansville.  I am fostering through Another Chance for Animals, a group I've started to be involved with.  they pull dogs and cats from Evansville animal Control.  If you do see her, and I've missed something, send me a link.  I will see what I can do.

Emily, I live in Indiana as well, I see you have been looking to rescue a Corgi. I see you live in Southen Indiana, their is a very needy female corgi in a shelter in Bowling Green, KY. As far as I know she is still available but is Urgent and possibly due for euthenasia. You can find her on Petfinder.com her name is Angel.
