On Mt. Catherine, 5/18/08
Gwynnie climbed the pointy one at upper-left (Kaleetan) last August, with minimal help except on the big boulder fields, which are not corgi-friendly.

This is at Mt. Catherine (5050') just S of Snoqualmie Pass in the central Washington Cascades. I-90 runs through here (Gwynnie could see it from where she is). It's a 1-hr. drive from Seattle with good traffic. There's a wonderful little nordic ski area here (Summit East, aka Hyak).
