I won't ever get Captain quite this white again, I think.

I did like that shampoo though...

Aw, thank you... they take good care of me, so it's mutual!

Hahah, well, he was only white for a little while - sigh, horses. H'e's a good guy, he's come a long way since I got him. :D

Wow! That is white! You take great care of your animals. They all look so healthy, and what a great environment! All very happy looking, they have a " we are loved" look.

Aw thanks... this is one of my favorite pictures of him. He's a really neat horse, a true gentleman and quite civilized. *grin*

Captain's name is Captain Jack Aubrey. It comes from the Aubrey-Maturin adventures by Patrick O' Brian, one of my very favorite authors. Most people know the series nowadays from "Master and Commander."

Ah, the shampoo was an Oster product, and just a great whitener. I don't know if it would be good for a Corgi - the PH is different in horse and human and cat shampoos than most dog shampoos, so I never tried it on the dogs. I loved how it smelled, though (vanilla) and he was really white for a few days. I still have a little left in the big bottle that I use on his tail and mane, but I've not seen it for sale for a while, darnit.
