Blondie's my fourth horse after all these years. I had a rescue TB growing up as a kid, and then a little Arab cross when I went to college. Captain, I bought three years ago, and Blondie was a gift for my husband for Christmas, since he wanted to ride as well and there was no way he was going to ever be able to ride Cappy. I ride her more than he does, heh...

Not counting the two rescue mares I'm co-owning at this point with a friend, though....

Oh heck YES a horse can have a sense of humor. Blondie steals things all the time and even brushes herself with brushes, the little hambone. She's got a doggish personality, right down to the coming when called and she'd rather hang out with you than the other horses. She's been the most un-horselike horse I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Sweet girl.

Aw, thanks! She sure is as sweet as the Corgis. For a five year old, she's pretty bombproof, and that term I sure don't use lightly. She's just got one of the levelest heads I've had on any horse; you ask, she'll do it. She's brave but gentle, and geniunely wants to please. She'll come find you and follow you around wherever you happen to be - wants to be with people over horses.

Just a great, great horse.
